Mee Udang

Credit to http://resepi.mesra.net/ as I learn to cook the Mee Udang from this room. I add another extra ingredients to create a more tasty Mee Udang. The recipe below can serve up to 4-6 persons; with the assumption a plate per person ;)

Ingredients :
1) A packet of yellow mee

2) 7 dried chillies
3) 5 shallots
4) 3 cloves garlic
5) 2 lemon grass
6) 5 cabai melaka
7) Dried prawn

8) Tomato sauce
9) Chili sauce
10) Oyster sauce
11) Salt & sugar to taste
12) 20 mid-size prawns.

for the vege's lover can add:
carrot, tomato, cauliflower, shitake mushroom etc.

Decorate with:
1) Boiled egg
2) Daun sup
3) Fried shallots

How to make the prawn stock?
Boiled the prawn shell in a bowl of water. Filter the stock only.

How to make the gravy?
1) Machine all the ingredients 2 - 7.
2) Stir-fry the machine ingredients.
3) Dah pecah minyak, add the prawn stock with all the sauces.
4) Mendidih, add the veges (optional).
5) Add prawn.
6) After 3 mins add sugar & salt.
7) Celur mee & add in the gravy.
