Bihun Bandung Lufbra

Cheap broccoli, sweet carrot, fresh cauliflower and capsicums. Walla! I cook the Bihun Bandung Lufbra by adding all the vegs.

Ricemill or Bihun - soak a night
Shallots - 5 cloves and pound roughly
Garlic - 3 cloves and pound roughly
Dried chillies - 3, add more if wanna be more spicy. machined.
Chillie sauce - 3tbsps
Tomato sauce - 5tbsps
Sweet & salty soy sauce
Chicken - cut into cube
Peeled prawn
Sliced mushrooms
All the vegs in your fridge :) hehehe....

1. Stir fry the pounded shallots and cloves.
2. After the ingredients turned yellowish, add the machined dried chillies.
3. After 10 mins, add 3 cups of water and chicken.
4. Let the chicken cook for about 15mins and add carot.
5. Add peeled prawn.
6. After 10mins, pour all the sauces and the veges and also the sliced mushrooms.
7. Add bihun.
8. Add a pinch of salt&sugar.

* Nice to be served with finger chillies soy sauce

How to make finger chillies soy sauce:
chopped 5 finger chillies. mix with salty sauce. squeeze lime juice into the mixture.
