Recipe: Mung Beans Porridge

It's easy to cook porridge in a slow cooker. Just add 1 cups of mung beans and a tbsp of biji sago with 3 cups of water into the crock pot. Set the slow cooker to HIGH. After 2 hours, add 2 cups of coconut milk, 1 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt. Let it cook for another an hour. Here is the result.
