Beras Mathi di Loughborough

Finally, my husband and I arrived at Heathrow, UK on Saturday, 29 July 2006. Than, another 3 hours journey to a small town called Loughborough or in short Lboro. Nice and peaceful place to live. We do bring together rice cooker from Malaysia as we've been adviced to do so. Rice is not not their main meal in UK. Hence, the price of rice cooker is really high. Another shocking fact is, there is no normal beras or beras siam. We've been served a beras mathi everyday by our host (lovely family!) . Kind of weird at first coz' at Malaysia we only used beras mathi for nasi beriani. It's looks very bersih (white) and panjang2x. The taste pun sedap.
